When you request a quote, you provide the information needed to understand and respond to your travel plans.
- Your full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
- Your selected journey, preferred travel date, number of travelers and travel style.
- For a Custom Private Tour, details such as departure city, preferred destinations and duration.
- Travel interests, special requests and any other information you choose to include.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to prepare and respond to quote requests, communicate with you about your plans and help shape a private Morocco journey around your preferences.
We may also use limited technical information to protect the website from misuse, maintain reliable operation and understand general website performance.
Email and WhatsApp Requests
If you choose Send by Email, your request is transmitted to the website service and passed to Resend, our email delivery provider, for delivery to Morocco Tour Makers. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond directly.
If you choose Continue on WhatsApp, the website prepares a message containing the details you entered and opens WhatsApp only after your explicit click. The message is not sent automatically. You can review or edit it before pressing Send inside WhatsApp.
Service Providers
We use Vercel for website hosting and privacy-focused website analytics, Resend for email delivery, and WhatsApp when you explicitly choose to continue there. Interactive journey maps use Leaflet with OpenStreetMap map tiles and OpenStreetMap-derived route data. Information is shared only as needed to operate these services and respond to your request. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.
When an interactive map loads, your browser connects to the map-tile provider. As with other web requests, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page referrer. Quote-form details are not sent to the map service.
Website Analytics
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated information such as page visits, device type and general location. This analytics service is designed to use anonymized data and does not use cookies. We do not send quote-form details, names, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics events.
How Long Information Is Kept
Quote and communication records may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, support trip planning, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods can vary depending on the purpose and any requirements that apply. Information that is no longer reasonably needed should be removed or securely disposed of.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information submitted through the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in a quote request.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct or request deletion of personal information. You may also ask us to stop using your information for a particular purpose. Contact us and we will review the request in line with applicable requirements.
